3. SMS Messaging Disclosures
If you provide a mobile phone number or use Smsagentpro to send or receive text messages, we may process phone numbers, message content, delivery logs, opt-in/opt-out status, and related metadata to provide messaging services.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the campaigns you configure. Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may opt out of future text messages by replying STOP. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance where supported.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Billing and Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited billing and subscription information necessary to manage your account.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting providers, payment processors, and communications providers including Twilio. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or platform security.
We do not sell your personal information.
